Direct Nursing Care (for Providers)

Hope Healthcare Direct Nursing Services will be your eyes and ears in the field. We will send a RN (or LPN) to the homes of clients who cannot make it to their medical provider. At this visit we will assess the client, report back to the medical provider our findings and carry out any orders that are given. The provider gets the visit notes and the assurance that their client is taken care of.

 

This service is ideal for direct care providers who have clients who are without adequate insurance and needing a bit of support urgently and/or between visits.

 

Why you want to use this service:

1. The provider can include the cost of the service into the fee schedule/service package you arrange with the patients (Hope Direct Nursing will bill the provider per agreement)

2. We can bill the client directly (the provider dispatching us will then be treated as a referral/recommendation for the patient).

3. If your patient goes to the urgent care or hospital unnecessarily, you don’t get any of the revenue

4. The nurse will see your client within 3 hours of dispatch

5. Nurses will be equipped with the skills and tools to assess most problematic conditions (i. e. CHF, DM, Palpitations, HTN, Respiratory conditions and etc.)

6. Our staff are licensed, bonded, insured and thoroughly screened

7. You are in complete control of the client and their care.
