Direct Nursing Services (for Direct Care Providers)

Hope Healthcare Direct Nursing Services will be your eyes and ears in the field. We will send a RN (or LPN) to the homes of clients who cannot make it to their medical provider. At this visit we will assess the client, report back to the medical provider our findings and carry out any orders that are given. The provider gets the visit notes and the assurance that their client is taken care of.

This service is ideal for direct care providers who have clients who are without adequate insurance and needing a bit of support urgently and/or between visits.

Direct Nursing Services (for Patients)

Hope Healthcare Direct Nursing Services will be your nurse whenever you need. We will send a RN (or LPN) to your home when you/your loved one cannot make it to their medical provider. At this visit we will assess the patient, report back to the medical provider our findings and carry out any orders that are given. The provider gets the update and you get taken care of by a skilled and compassionate nurse.

This service is ideal for patients who are without adequate insurance and needing a bit of support urgently and/or between visits.

Prevention is the best health. We will come to your event to host a variety of health screening and educational sessions. Screenings/services we offer include, diabetes (w/filament testing), high blood pressure, cholesterol and obesity, flu shots, TB shots (others upon requests).
